Der CIRA840D verfügt über einen 8-Zoll-Treiber mit Polypropylen-Membranmaterial, kombiniert mit einem 1-Zoll-Mylar-Hochtöner, der mit einem Phasenstecker für ausgezeichnete Off-Axis-Leistung ausgestattet ist. Die ausgewählten Materialien garantieren eine geringe Verzerrung mit einem gleichmäßigen und flachen Frequenzgang. Es wird eine kontinuierliche Belastbarkeit von 40 Watt (RMS) und eine maximale Belastbarkeit von 80 Watt erreicht, während es mit einem mehrphasigen 100V-Leitungstransformator mit Anschlüssen für 24W, 12W, 6W und einem 16 Ohm Bypass-Anschluss ausgestattet ist.
