Der Fathom f112v2 ist eine hervorragende Subwoofer-Lösung in mittelgroßen Räumen und unterstützt gleichermaßen ein reines Musiksystem oder ein Heimkinosystem. Die Kombination eines W7 12-Zoll-Treibers mit extrem langer Reichweite und eines sehr leistungsstarken Schaltverstärkers verleiht ihm die Art von Ausgang, die normalerweise bei weitaus größeren Subwoofersystemen auftritt.
Da der f112v2 mit der gleichen Treiber- und Verstärkertechnologie wie unser Flaggschiff Gotham® ausgestattet ist, bietet er eine enorme Klangqualität. Geringe Verzerrung, hervorragende Dynamik und eine schockierend tiefe Bass-Erweiterung ermöglichen es Ihnen, die Aufregung des anspruchsvollsten Filmmaterials zu erleben und gleichzeitig die Nuancen und Texturen Ihres empfindlichsten Musikmaterials zu reproduzieren.
Ein vollständiger Satz von Signalverarbeitungsfunktionen ist auf der Vorderseite jedes Fathom leicht zugänglich. Dazu gehören ein hochflexibles Tiefpassfilter, eine variable Phase, eine umschaltbare Polarität, z. trim und unser leistungsstarkes digitales automatisches Raumoptimierungssystem (D.A.R.O.). Ein kalibriertes Mikrofon ist für den D.A.R.O. System. Die Eingangsverbindungen werden über unsymmetrische Cinch-Anschlüsse oder symmetrische Neutrik® Combo XLR / TRS-Buchsen hergestellt. Ebenfalls enthalten ist ein XLR-Ausgang zum Anschließen eines zweiten Fathom® als Slave-Einheit.
