For which cartridges can I use this service?
You can send us any MC cartridge, regardless of its condition or manufacturer, to receive a 25% discount.
Akustik-Projekt doesn’t carry my desired cartridge. What should I do?
Please let us know your desired cartridge via the contact form. We will try to source it for you or suggest suitable alternatives.
How long does the exchange service take?
If the replacement item is shown as in stock, it will be shipped to you within 2 business days.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
You are responsible for shipping the goods to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept shipments without postage paid.
What condition does the cartridge I send you need to be in?
The housing must be intact, but it may have scratches and damage. The condition of the stylus is irrelevant.
Can I also use the exchange service for an upgrade?
Yes, that's possible. For example, you can send us an Ortofon Quintet Red and you will also receive the discount for a Quintet Black.
