Das Rega Ania ist ein äußerlich hübsches Moving Coil (MC) Tonabnehmersystem mit transparentem Gehäuse und der Technik der großen Rega Abtaster Apheta 3 und Aphelion 2 – weshalb sein Preis durchaus als Schnäppchen gelten darf. Die extreme Gewichtsreduktion der schwingenden Teile garantiert auch beim Rega Ania ein Höchstmaß an Detailtreue und Auflösung. Die Spule wird aus 0,018 mm Feindraht auf das Mikro-Kreuz gewickelt und mit der Verwendung von modernste Hochleistungs-Neodym-Magnete, zählt der Generator zu den kleinsten der Welt.
Das Ania MC wird wie üblich bei Rega per Hand hergestellt und – ebenfalls wieder typisch Rega – setzt das Ania MC in seiner Preisklasse neue Maßstäbe. Das ANIA MC ist der ideale Tonabnehmer für die Rega Plattenspieler Planar-3, 6 oder 8.
