Der REL Planar PL-2 wurde für Räume entwickelt, in denen herkömmliche Subwoofer keinen Platz finden. Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Wand hinter dem Subwoofer nutzt der Planar PL-2 das Prinzip des Boundary Effect Coupling, um einen tiefen, raumfüllenden Bass aus einem besonders flachen Gehäuse zu erzeugen, das nur wenig Stellfläche benötigt.
Ob direkt an der Wand montiert oder mit dem optionalen Planar Cart in Wandnähe aufgestellt - der Planar PL-2 liefert eine kraftvolle und beeindruckende Basswiedergabe für moderne Wohnräume und offene Raumkonzepte.

Design
Der Planar PL-2 verbindet ein besonders schlankes Gehäuse mit fließenden Kanten und hochwertigen Lackoberflächen. Versenkte Bedienelemente, eine verdeckte Kabelführung sowie optional erhältliche Holzgitter ergänzen das elegante Erscheinungsbild und ermöglichen eine harmonische Integration in moderne Wohnräume.
Für eine kontrollierte Ankopplung an die Wand verfügt der Planar PL-2 über das VIMAR-System (Vibration Isolation Material and Resonance Control). Dieses reduziert die Übertragung unerwünschter Vibrationen auf die Wand und sorgt für eine präzisere Basswiedergabe.
