Die Dock-Box S Fi macht den iPod zum Bestandteil eines audiophilen HiFi-Systems. Die Dock Box S Fi wirkt als diskreter Audiopuffer für den iPod und stellt für ihn eine nicht belastende elektrische Last dar. Deshalb wird das Audiosignal absolut verzerrungsfrei übertragen.
