Payment

Cash on pickup
The payment of the goods takes place in cash directly upon delivery of the goods. There are no additional fees.Please make an appointment in advance at +43 2722 93 082 or office@akustik-projekt.at.

Payment in advance
When ordering, you will receive by e-mail an order confirmation with the account details. Transfer the amount to our account. Once the payment has been received on our account, the order will be shipped.
Attention: For transfers from abroad always use IBAN and BIC for the transfer.

PayPal / Creditcarte / Sofortüberweisung / Amazon Pay
Before completing your order, you will automatically be redirected to your payment provider (PayPal, Sofort, ...) to complete the payment. At the end of the order you will be guided back to our online shop.

Shipment

Shipping usually takes place the following working day after receipt of payment, provided that the item is in stock, with DPD, GLS or the Austrian Post. Consignments that cannot be sent by normal mail due to the nature of the goods are usually sent with the DACHSER forwarding agency.  The delivery with forwarding takes place up to the curb.

Shipping costs

For products that are delivered on pallets, a bulky goods surcharge will be charged additionally.
