Payment Methods
Cash on Pickup
You can pay for your order directly in cash at Akustik-Projekt when you pick it up yourself. No additional fees apply. Please schedule an appointment in advance at +43 2722 93 082 or via email at office@akustik-projekt.at.
Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
After your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Akustik-Projekt with our bank details. Please transfer the amount to our account and always include your order number as the payment reference. Once the payment has been received, we will ship your order.
PayPal / Credit Card / eps / Amazon Pay
Before completing your order, you will be automatically redirected to your chosen payment provider (e.g., PayPal, eps, Amazon Pay) to complete the payment. Afterwards, you will be returned to the Akustik-Projekt online shop.
Shipping Information
We usually ship your order the next business day after payment has been received, provided the item is in stock. Shipping is reliably handled by DPD or the Austrian Post.
Products that cannot be shipped via regular postal services due to their size, weight, or nature are delivered via DACHSER freight. Freight deliveries are made up to the curbside.
- Island surcharge: € 30.00 (added to the shipping costs)
- Pick-up: free of charge with prior arrangement at Akustik-Projekt
- All shipping costs are displayed transparently before checkout
