Der 8-kanalige ESS Sabre ES9028PRO D/A-Wandler nutzt für jeden Stereoausgang 4 Kanäle und liefert so eine unübertroffene Detaillierung bei einem extrem niedrigen Rauschflur für eine fein gestaffelte Bühne.
Die kritischen Schaltungen werden aus einem im eigenen Haus hergestellten Ringkerntransformator einzeln versorgt. Spezielle Isolationstechniken sorgen für äußerst niedrige Störspannungen und Verzerrungen.
Der PC-USB-Eingang unterstützt bis zu 32 Bit/384 kHz, einschließlich MQA (24 Bit/384 kHz) und DSD (4X). Optische und koaxiale Digitaleingänge für Streams bis 24 Bit/192 kHz sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Das CD-Laufwerk mit ausfahrbarem Ladefach und seiner in 30 Jahren entwickelten, mehrfach ausgezeichneten Technologie holt alle Nuancen und Details aus großen und kleinen CD-Sammlungen heraus.
Über die Bedienelemente auf der Frontplatte, die IR-Fernbedienung mit Hintergrundbeleuchtung und das zweizeilige Display lässt sich das Gerät intuitiv bedienen.
Mit RS232, 12-V-Triggern und einem Remote-Eingang lässt es sich nahtlos in Steuersysteme einfügen.
