Demount your bad cartridge
Send us the defective cartridge or bring it in personally.
Once we receive your cartridge, we will send you a personalized voucher code for 25% off your desired system.
Place your order with us and redeem your 25% discount code. Order adjustment tools the same time ;).

All systems in the contact form selection menu are part of this exchange service.

How long does the exchange service take?

If the replacement item is shown as in stock, it will be shipped to you within 2 business days.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

You are responsible for shipping the goods to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept shipments without postage paid.

What condition does the cartridge I send you need to be in?

The housing must be intact, but it may have scratches and damage. The condition of the stylus is irrelevant.

Can I also use the exchange service for an upgrade?

Yes, that's possible. For example, you can send us an Ortofon Quintet Red and you will also receive the discount for a Quintet Black.
