Um eine optimale Festigkeit und ein perfektes Hörerlebnis zu gewährleisten, wurden für jedes Teil des Studio 89 Stands maßgefertigte Metalle verwendet: die Top-Platte ist aus lasergeschnittenem Stahl, die Säule aus stranggepresstem Aluminium und der Sockel aus Aluminiumdruckguss. Die vier verstellbaren Füße werden sowohl mit verchromten Spikes für Teppichböden als auch mit Gummifüßen für Hartböden geliefert, so dass die Standfüße in allen Situationen perfekt in Balance sind.
